How do you ship and may I pick up my item at the store?

Orders are shipped within 1 – 3 business days of purchase via USPS Priority Shipping. If you are in the Miami OK area, you can also pick up your item rather than to have it shipped. Call or email to agree upon date and time to pick up your purchase or purchases.

How do I track my order that is being shipped?

All purchased items except digital downloads are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Following shipment, you will receive the tracking number to track your order. If the tracking information states that the package has been delivered, and you have not received it yet, please contact your local post office first with the tracking information to see if they are able to locate the package for you. What if an item is missing from my shipment?

How long does it take for a custom item to be created?

Additional time may be required for custom items, depending upon the scope of the order. However, every effort is made to create the item or items as quickly as possible and ship via USPS Priority Mail. 

For example, if you simply want an item with different gemstone beads and wire, and necessary supplies are on-hand, it likely will only require an extra day or two. 

If you need a custom drawing on a greeting card or shrink plastic jewelry,  custom metal clay jewelry or item for the home, and/or custom artwork, it could require additional time

Do you offer Promo Codes?

Yes! If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive promo codes plus notices of sales. The current Sparkle Sister promo is provided after purchase for use on the next purchase. However, newsletter subscribers receive the code prior to purchase!
Also, we offer free shipping on orders that total over $108.41 (that includes tax) and with that minimum purchase you will receive a free greeting card.

What about returns or exchanges?

We accept returns or exchanges. Please let us know if you are dissatisfied with an item you have purchased. Your satisfaction is very important to us.


How do I receive my digital item?

If you purchase a digital download, you will be issued a URL and password to download your digital item. If you do not receive it the day of purchase please email or call and we will assist you.  

How do I find out about special events?

We try to post all special events on our homepage and on our Sparkle Sister Facebook page. For instance, upcoming venues.
