If you sign-up for our newsletter, we will need your email address in order to send you information on upcoming sales. We use your contact information to operate features on our site.  

*Analytics Collection*

We may collect analytics information, or utilize third-party analytics tools and services, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for our online shop. Such tools glean information submitted by your mobile device or website browser, including pages that directed you to our shop. The information assists us in improving the services we offer our customers. For example, if you access our website by means of a search engine or by visiting our shop by means of the button on our business Facebook page or business Yelp page, we may be provided information about your use of the other page through the statistics function of our online shop. The web-hosting company that we use for our online shop does not provide your name when you simply browse our website. The security of your information is important to us. Our site is powered by GoDaddy, a company that takes measures to safeguard the security of  information collected through our Site. To protect each account holder’s security, we request a different password for each account holder to confirm identity prior to allowing access to the account. You are responsible for preserving the secrecy of your account information and password, as well as the privacy of your email communications with Sparkle Sister.  

We have been assured by GoDaddy, if information is ever disclosed due to a breach of security, GoDaddy will investigate the circumstances, will notify individuals whose information may have been put in jeopardy and will take action in accordance with relevant laws.

*Retention of Your Profile Information*

If you delete your Sparkle Sister account, our site will retain your profile data for a time for audit purposes.

*Children’s Privacy*

Our site does not purposely collect or request information from anyone under the age of 13 or deliberately allow such persons to register as account holders.
